About the Founder and CEO
WALE ADEKANLA
Wale Adekanla is a globally recognized Executive Coach, Leadership Strategist, and Forbes Coaches Council Member. With a mandate to raise leaders who scale people, systems, and vision, he has become a trusted advisor to executives, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and public officials across Africa, the United States, Europe, and beyond.
As the creator of three proprietary frameworks — the Scalable Leadership Framework™ (SLF), the ADAPTS™ Model, and the Lead & Scale™ Method, he equips leaders and organizations to simplify complexity, sustain transformation, and multiply growth. These frameworks have been adopted by businesses, nonprofits, and government institutions to drive measurable results.
Over the last two decades, he has trained and advised more than 25,000 leaders across three continents. Many of these leaders are now producing more leaders and building organizations that have collectively generated millions of dollars in new value and impact.
Additionally, he serves as a Council Advisor for the Strategic AI Program at Houston Christian University, merging leadership and emerging technology for future-ready organizations.
