Your Next Leadership Chapter Needs More Than a New Title. It Needs a Strategic Plan.

The TLCI Executive Transition & 8-Week Execution Sprint is a guided leadership advisory and execution program for individuals stepping into greater responsibility and organizations seeking stronger leadership alignment and more effective execution.

Through a structured process, participants identify their most important priorities, address execution barriers, and develop a practical plan for moving forward.

Practical leadership. Clear priorities. Accountable execution.

The Challenge

A New Level of Responsibility Requires a New Level of Leadership Clarity.

A promotion, a new executive appointment, an expanded team, or a new organizational mandate brings new expectations.

Yet many leaders are expected to deliver results without a clear process for translating those expectations into priorities, decisions, accountability, and execution.

Organizations face a similar challenge. They may have capable leaders and ambitious goals but still struggle with unclear ownership, misalignment, execution bottlenecks, and inconsistent follow-through.

Common challenges include:

The challenge is not simply knowing what needs to be done. It is establishing the clarity, alignment, and practical systems needed to execute consistently.

The Program

Introducing the Executive Transition & 8-Week Execution Sprint

A focused, structured leadership program designed to help individuals and organizations move from uncertainty and competing priorities toward clearer direction, stronger accountability, and purposeful action.

Over eight weeks, participants will work through a guided process to understand their current situation, clarify the most important priorities, establish practical actions, and review progress.

The program is designed to translate leadership insight into action that can be applied in real professional and organizational settings.

Depending on the agreed scope and participation track, the engagement may include:

The program is not intended to introduce technology for its own sake. The focus is on solving relevant leadership and execution problems.

The delivery format will be communicated by TLCI before participation is confirmed. Confirmed participants will receive the relevant session schedule and participation instructions during onboarding.

How much does the program cost?

The fee depends on the participation pathway, scope of support, number of leaders involved, and services required.

Will AI or automation be included?
